About the role

Responsibilities

  • Call handling from customers to resolve issues regarding printers, routers, and email
  • Supporting customer queries and providing necessary assistance
  • Reporting directly to the team lead
  • Performing proactive work as required

Requirements

  • Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
  • Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) is preferred
  • Ability to work rotational and night shifts
  • Must provide work experience certificates
