Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls for US and UK processes
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes for inbound tech roles
  • Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
  • Ability to join immediately
