About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK processes
- Resolve customer technical issues related to computing and communications devices
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced BPO environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle inbound technical support tasks
- Proficiency in closing calls and processing payments
- Ability to work in day or night shifts
