About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK processes
  • Resolve customer technical issues related to computing and communications devices
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced BPO environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to handle inbound technical support tasks
  • Proficiency in closing calls and processing payments
  • Ability to work in day or night shifts
