Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
  • Handle technical queries related to computing and communications devices and software
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service quality

  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Age between 18 to 30 years
