About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle trading and customer support cases escalated from frontline teams
- Investigate complex trading issues including order execution, trade logs, and corporate action events
- Perform position and trade calculations to support case investigations
- Collaborate with internal operations and development teams to resolve trading-related incidents
- Support corporate actions processing such as stock splits, delistings, and dividend distributions
- Assist with taxation-related queries including withholding tax and documentation requirements
- Review client requests for new instruments to be added to the trading platform
Requirements
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or brokerage customer support
- Strong working knowledge of stock market mechanics and order types
- Understanding of corporate actions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations
- High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
