About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer business outcomes through industry expertise and value-focused engagement within the Software Development Platforms (SDP) industry
  • Uncover unmet and unarticulated customer needs to deliver transformative business value and help customers become Frontier Organizations
  • Influence account planning and build strong executive relationships both internally and externally
  • Quantify business value and identify capability gaps to align customer priorities with Microsoft offerings
  • Collaborate with account teams, industry advisors, and partners to accelerate market share and consumption
  • Lead strategic discussions with board-level and senior executive stakeholders to design end-state solutions
  • Identify gaps in competitor offerings to position Microsoft as the preferred partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of industry experience (e.g., technology, financial services, manufacturing) OR Master's Degree and 9+ years of industry experience OR 13+ years of industry experience
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with and making recommendations to mid-to-senior level executives
  • 8+ years of experience closing large, complex agreements and deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience leading digital transformation for large enterprise customers
  • 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-group collaboration to drive business outcomes
  • Expertise in workshop facilitation, outcome-based selling, and basic financial modeling
  • Deep industry knowledge of SDP, ISV, and Digital Native sectors, including the impact of AI on the value chain
  • Proficiency in digital whiteboards, AI-driven research, and business case storytelling
  • Microsoft certifications in Azure, AI, Security, or Modern Work
