Senior Customer and Application Development Engineer, Reaction Injection Molding

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for customers using vacuum assisted (VA) and high pressure (HP) resin transfer molding (RTM), pultrusion, and filament winding processes.
• Support customers producing non-reinforced molded goods through open mold and reaction injection molding (RIM) processes.
• Assist customers in optimizing and troubleshooting processes to run Proxxima™ resins and provide guidance on equipment upgrades.
• Deliver technical insights from the market to guide new application developments and inform business strategy.
• Author technical reports, publications, promotional brochures, and technical data sheets.
• Train and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• PhD in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in fabricating or supervising the manufacturing of thermoset composites.
• Proficiency in computer use with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally to collaborate with global technical and commercial teams.
