About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the curriculum strategy for Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales globally, aligning enablement investments to revenue priorities.
- Build and maintain role-specific learning journeys, including onboarding, everboarding, and on-demand resources for sales teams and leadership.
- Create high-quality enablement content such as slide decks, facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and job aids using adult learning principles.
- Partner directly with senior Sales and GTM leaders to define enablement priorities and business needs.
- Execute project plans that balance impact and quality with high volume and velocity for program launches.
- Design and evolve measurement frameworks to connect enablement programs to sales performance metrics and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
- Expertise in designing clean, intuitive learning materials across various modalities (instructor-led, eLearning, simulations, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing projects that deliver high-quality products on short timeframes.
- Strong ability to use data to inform decisions and measure the impact of training content.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders within a go-to-market organization.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and challenges within high-velocity environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Sales Leadership, or Sales Operations.
- Background working at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency with LMS, CRM, and/or BI tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps and/or cloud technologies.
