Senior CRM Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of omnichannel CRM strategies for top-tier global clients
• Lead the development of integrated channel plans across email, mobile apps, social media, and emerging platforms
• Serve as a strategic bridge between CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams
• Facilitate strategic workshops and translate complex data into customer journey blueprints and personas
• Craft compelling narratives to elevate industry thought leadership

Requirements

• Strong experience in CRM, customer experience strategy, or strategic planning
• Experience delivering CRM strategies for large-scale global clients
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and workshops
• Strong storytelling and data-backed strategic narrative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic agency environment
