Senior CRM Sports Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns for Sportsbook and esports audiences across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App channels
• Own the CRM calendar around major sporting events and esports tournaments to ensure timely and relevant communications
• Develop personalized player journeys, segmented campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives to improve engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, VIP, Content, Design, and Analytics teams to launch high-impact campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize CRM strategy based on data and player behavior
• Coordinate promotional mechanics, including bonuses, odds boosts, free bets, and event-driven activations
• Ensure all communications comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards

Requirements

• At least 4 years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry
• Mandatory hands-on experience with esports products or esports-focused CRM campaigns
• Strong understanding of Sportsbook CRM, player segmentation, and retention strategies
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple communication channels and using marketing automation tools
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and customer behavior
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent English
