Senior CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the implementation of a new business-wide CRM platform
• Act as the product owner and internal expert across systems, integrations and data governance
• Build and optimise personalised, automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS and digital channels
• Drive enrolments, bookings and retention through targeted, data-led campaigns
• Own the CRM communications calendar across all customer touchpoints
• Plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns aligned to key business initiatives
• Analyse campaign performance across key metrics including open rates, clicks, and revenue
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, CX and Product teams

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or loyalty programs
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
• Proven ability to build and optimise end-to-end automated customer journeys
• Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation and multi-channel engagement
• Confidence working with data, analytics and campaign reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
