Senior CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver global multichannel CRM campaigns including email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and localized for the DACH market.
• Support quality assurance processes to maintain high standards for all outgoing communications.
• Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar CRM role within a B2C online or mobile-first company.
• Proficiency with Braze or similar engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-growing environment.
