Senior CRM Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and schedule campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels
• Own the end-to-end email build process within the CRM platform
• Set up, QA, and manage tests for email broadcasts and triggered lifecycle flows
• Execute updates and optimizations for triggered lifecycle flows
• Maintain the email calendar and manage stakeholder dependencies
• Liaise with project managers to maintain accurate project timelines
• Identify and recommend calendar optimizations
• Conduct channel-level analyses to surface performance trends

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM or ESP platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Iterable)
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Strong organizational skills for managing high volumes of workstreams
• Proficiency in marketing analysis and performance reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and project management teams
• Ability to work EST hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML
• Interest in healthcare, telehealth, and healthcare benefits

• Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
