Senior CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle communication strategy, calendar, and messaging
• Define lifecycle strategies across segments including new, active, lapsing, and VIP cohorts
• Lead development of messaging across push, email, and in-game surfaces
• Partner with Product and Live Ops to influence feature design and event timing
• Brief Marketing Operations on campaign builds, targeting, and success metrics
• Design and prioritize A/B tests and journey optimization experiments
• Actively play Star Trek Fleet Command to maintain understanding of player experience

Requirements

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or growth roles
• Proven experience in midcore mobile games
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze or Iterable
• Strong creative instincts and ability to write high-performing copy
• Experience managing communication calendars in live service environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data for optimization
• Ability to work within sprint-based development cycles
