Responsibilities
- Set the global CRM strategy focusing on revenue, retention, and LTV
- Design end-to-end lifecycle programmes including onboarding, post-purchase, and win-back
- Build an editorial backbone and content calendar aligned to brand narrative
- Run structured test-and-learn programmes with rigorous measurement
- Build reporting infrastructure from the ground up
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Retail teams
- Hire, coach, and develop the CRM team
Requirements
- 5+ years building and running CRM programmes at scale
- Experience in consumer tech, DTC, or high-growth product-led businesses
- Strong data proficiency for building reports and interrogating numbers
- Commercial fluency in revenue, AOV, repeat rate, and contribution margin
- Platform-agnostic experience with modern ESPs and ecommerce platforms
- Strong editorial and design judgement
- Ability to build playbooks from scratch in fast-paced environments
- Bias for shipping and iterative improvement
