Senior CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies to drive personalized customer communications and incentive programs
• Project manage lifecycle projects and campaigns in collaboration with Brand, Data, and Design teams
• Lead marketing automation strategy aligned with transactional, promotional, and brand goals
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Braze CRM platform
• Manage the creation and execution of email, push notification, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all CRM communications
• Own operational dashboard creation for CRM campaigns against customer and order KPIs
• Collaborate with data science and performance marketing to leverage consumer segmentation and insights
• Design and launch complex automated campaigns using Braze and other MarTech tools
• Create and document a formal optimization program for A/B and multivariate testing

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or Communication
• 5+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a CRM management role
• Experience within e-commerce or a digital company
• Solid experience using enterprise CRM solutions (Braze preferred, or Salesforce/SAP/Adobe Marketing Cloud)
• Proven track record of growing sales through CRM channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data
• Exceptional English writing skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of lifecycle and 1:1 personalization marketing
