Senior CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, targeting, and optimization of regional CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
• Design and deploy a high-impact, commercially-driven CRM calendar in collaboration with Restaurant, New Verticals, and Commercial teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, establishing performance targets and professional development paths.
• Identify opportunities for new triggers and automations to meet customer needs through data-backed experimentation.
• Maintain a rigorous focus on A/B testing and statistical analysis to improve engagement metrics.
• Translate complex CRM performance data into actionable commercial insights for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated CRM experience within the Tech or E-commerce sectors.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in building multi-channel communication strategies (Email, Push, WhatsApp).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Technical familiarity with HTML and SQL knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Braze.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker.
