Senior CRM Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging
• Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows and lifecycle-based customer journeys within CRM platforms
• Activate and manage audience segments using Snowflake-based Single Customer View (SCV) data
• Apply segmentation frameworks, audience selection, and suppression logic to ensure highly targeted communications
• Implement dynamic content and personalization techniques to deliver data-driven customer experiences
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention to identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct A/B testing and track experiments to improve overall campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Digital teams to ensure content alignment and seamless customer journeys
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure compliance with data governance and consent management policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign execution within a B2C environment
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., XtremePush, Salesforce, Braze, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, including segmentation and targeting
• Experience building and managing automated lifecycle-based CRM programs
• Familiarity with customer data environments such as Snowflake or other SCV platforms
• Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve future marketing activity
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Communications, or a related field
