Senior CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and dashboards
• Implement UI customizations, objects, sections, and lookups using low-code/no-code tools
• Write and maintain client-side scripts (JavaScript) and server-side logic (C#) for custom functionality
• Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with C# for server-side scripting
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code configurations
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Creatio (configuration, customization, and development)
• CRM certification (Creatio, Salesforce, or Dynamics)
• Experience with cloud deployment, system performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines
