Senior Crisis & Risk Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery crisis management and provide supply chain expertise to solve complex issues
• Interact with stakeholders in Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Engineering to minimize impacts on Volvo plants
• Identify root causes of crises through deep-dive analysis and problem-solving
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing processes
• Monitor and act on high-risk suppliers to prevent operational crises
• Coordinate communication with various stakeholders during crisis situations
• Serve as a key partner to Purchasing Operations regarding supply chain resiliency

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
• 6+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or general Supply Chain
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to travel 20-40% both domestically and internationally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
