Senior Credit Origination Strategy Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the credit granting strategy for new customers aligned with financial inclusion and risk appetite
• Evaluate credit origination models to ensure quality and risk discrimination
• Determine decision rules and credit conditions using champion-challenger methodology
• Generate risk measurement indicators and action plans to maintain risk limits
• Document and share credit strategy information with stakeholders
• Interpret and recommend data-driven insights for credit and risk decision-making
• Administer credit strategy management tools and systems (GDS)
• Address field inquiries related to origination strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Knowledge of credit models (scores, CHAID, decision trees)
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or AWS
• Experience with credit decision flow systems (e.g., GDS)
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of Credit and Collection cycles and Risk indicators
• Experience with reporting systems like Power BI or R
