Senior Creator Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
• Conduct outreach and evaluate creator analytics for partnership activations
• Coordinate with legal and creator management teams on contracts and compliance
• Write detailed creator briefs including talking points and brand guidelines
• Review creator content for brand alignment and manage revision cycles
• Manage large-scale gifting initiatives including concept development and logistics
• Build and maintain a creator database of over 3,000 contacts
• Track and report on creator content performance against brand KPIs
• Collaborate with Social Media teams on co-creation concepts

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing creator or influencer partnerships
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent creator relationships
• Experience evaluating deep creator analytics and audience demographics
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Deep fluency in internet culture and creator ecosystems
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating rates for paid partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running large-scale product gifting or seeding programs
• Background in creator economy, entertainment, or consumer brands
• Experience with creator management platforms or CRM tools
• Familiarity with the MrBeast ecosystem
• Understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator commerce programs
