About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-fidelity visual design to align with evolving brand standards
- Apply a strategic lens to briefs to ensure assets achieve business outcomes
- Own layout, typography, and visual system decisions across digital and print
- Build modular templates and creative kits to scale team output
- Integrate AI tools and automated workflows to reduce production friction
- Collaborate with video teams to ensure visual consistency in motion
- Contribute to video and photo production by capturing assets for design systems
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in design or multimedia fields
- 2-3 years of agency experience
- Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual systems
- Experience using AI tools within a creative workflow
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic video editing and production skills
- Background or interest in copywriting, screenwriting, or narrative storytelling
