Senior Creative Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and create business communications, integrated campaigns, direct mail, and interactive experiences.
• Own end-to-end presentation design, building story-driven, highly-polished PowerPoint decks that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Translate complex data into clear, accurate visuals including charts, graphs, tables, and infographics.
• Support event and booth design needs, including signage, environmental graphics, and supporting collateral.
• Provide formal mentorship and guidance to lower-ranked creative associates.
• Partner with writers and stakeholders to apply copy edits and ensure clean layouts across all materials.
• Manage multiple priorities and high-complexity assignments from intake to final delivery with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Extreme proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including mastery of story-driven structure and template-based production.
• Proven experience in data visualization and communicating complex information clearly.
• Experience supporting event or booth design and producing print-ready files.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience.
• Detailed knowledge of creative services.
• Animation and motion graphics skills, specifically Adobe After Effects.
