Senior Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own creative operations end to end, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and traffic management
• Manage resourcing and capacity planning for the creative team, assigning work and balancing workloads
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies while surfacing risks and blockers early
• Coordinate planning and production for video and photo shoots and other creative initiatives
• Own Asana as the team’s project management hub, including documentation and workflow improvements
• Support marketing campaign initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign retros
• Serve as the creative team point of contact in cross-functional meetings to align commitments across departments
• Track and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management
• Hands-on experience managing creative team workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning
• Proficiency with Asana to create clarity through consistent processes and project hygiene
• Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment regarding project urgency
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across different time zones
• Experience with project management practices for scoping, scheduling, and risk management
• Ability to drive accountability and manage initiatives from kickoff to delivery
