Senior Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead and own medium-scale creative productions in partnership with Creative, Brand Management, and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate creative partner outreach, negotiations, and contract execution
• Manage production budgets, accruals, and the drafting of SOWs
• Champion the creative vision through to final delivery
• Lead on-set shoot management, including establishing the ROS and maintaining production schedules
• Act as the primary connection point between internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

• 4+ years of directly relevant experience in content production and creative project management
• Proven expertise in managing multiple creative partners, from global agencies to independent creators
• Strong operational skills in budget reconciliation and SOW drafting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
• Proficiency in Airtable or Figma is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience and training)
