Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies
• Manage a creative factory, including creative marketers and designers
• Monitor the effectiveness of creative concept tests using analytics
• Adjust strategies based on data and propose new solutions
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to create funnels and influence product development

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Practical experience developing and implementing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads
• Experience working with US, Canada, Australia, and UK markets
• Data-driven decision-making approach and strong analytical skills
• Systematic and structured mindset
• Creativity and ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses
• English proficiency at B2 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scaling consumer tech products
