Senior Creative Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Doane’s overall brand to ensure consistency and accuracy across all media and outlets
• Develop video creative, including storyboarding, pre-production, editing, and post-production
• Design and develop marketing and advertising collateral for both print and digital platforms
• Spearhead content strategy by integrating brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
• Participate in strategic planning and collaborate with the team to analyze results and identify opportunities
• Oversee the design process for externally created materials and approve art and copy to ensure marketing goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of progressively responsible design experience in marketing and advertising campaigns
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products
• Strong knowledge of print production (paper, inks, prepress) and digital design (web, email, social media)
• Proven experience in video production and content strategy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience leading other designers or students
• Background as a copywriter, graphic designer, or production artist
• Experience in project management with a focus on creative direction
