Senior Creative Lead

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the Degreed brand by refreshing and modernizing the visual identity
• Lead high-impact creative work as the lead art director for major brand and marketing priorities
• Build and run creative operations, moving from reactive delivery to scalable, proactive workflows
• Champion AI-enabled creative workflows using tools for concepting, image generation, and automation
• Lead, coach, and develop a small internal creative team and manage external agencies
• Partner across marketing, sales, and executive leadership to translate business goals into creative ideas

Requirements

• Exceptional creative and art direction skills
• Expertise in brand systems and multi-channel campaign development
• Experience leading small creative teams and managing stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex B2B concepts into compelling visual stories
• Operational discipline in prioritization and intake management
• Curiosity and adaptability regarding emerging AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or learning technology
• Experience supporting a major brand refresh or rebrand
• Motion design, video, animation, or storyboarding experience
• Knowledge of UX, web design, and digital experience principles
• Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
