Senior Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for eLearning courses, learning platforms, and digital learning products
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Develop visual systems that support learner engagement, knowledge retention, and instructional objectives
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and developers to translate learning concepts into compelling visual experiences
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices
• Leverage AI design tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and UI workflows
• Create engaging animations and motion graphics to support instructional goals and enhance learner comprehension

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 3 years specifically in eLearning, EdTech, or digital learning environments
• Strong expertise in UI design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Proven experience with AI-powered design tools, including generative design and AI video tools
• A portfolio showcasing eLearning projects, digital learning experiences, UI design work, and motion/animation examples
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for LMS platforms or educational technology solutions
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
• Knowledge of interaction design, prototyping, and learner experience design methodologies
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
