Senior Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for eLearning platforms and digital learning products
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Apply strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy
• Ensure consistency in branding and design standards across all digital deliverables
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior
• Partner with Instructional Designers and developers to align visual design with learning goals
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and workflow efficiency
• Create motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance learner engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI, digital, or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, visual systems, and digital experiences
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Ability to take complex concepts from initial idea to polished execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for Learning Management Systems (LMS) or educational platforms
• Exposure to motion design or animation tools such as After Effects
• Familiarity with AI design tools and modern design workflows
• Understanding of instructional design principles
