Responsibilities

• Act as a cross-functional legal partner for music, business development, and consumer partnership teams
• Structure, negotiate, and close a wide range of agreements including music and BD partnerships, developer agreements, and general commercial transactions
• Build commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates and strategic playbooks
• Support business partners in making smarter and faster decisions through legal expertise

Requirements

• JD and active US state bar membership
• 8+ years of experience
• Substantial in-house and music or entertainment experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with technical teams
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences
• Hands-on attitude and low-ego approach
• Eligibility to work in the US
