Senior Costing & Sourcing Analyst, Local Creation EMEA

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Costing & Sourcing Manager to deliver against EMEA Local Creation priorities
• Support sourcing strategy execution in collaboration with Product, Development, and Design teams
• Own cost planning processes and partner with Finance to achieve style-level margin targets
• Drive accurate costing analysis to support profitability and speed-to-market
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of tools that enhance efficiency and decision quality
• Build alignment across stakeholders by communicating insights clearly and effectively
• Share best practices and support capability building within the sourcing and costing community

Requirements

• Proven experience in apparel costing, sourcing, supply chain, or product creation
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, trims, and cost drivers
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions that drive speed and profitability
• Experience using business systems and analytical tools to support decision-making
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
