About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage large capital construction projects in excess of $100M
- Analyze cost and financial data to develop EACs per project and program
- Monitor purchase order commitments, manage change orders, and adjust forecasts
- Report actual vs. baseline cost status and prepare final cost reports for clients
- Create and maintain time-phased invoicing plans aligned to budgets
- Work with planners and schedulers to input cost data into proprietary databases
- Prepare graphic representations of data such as progress curves and earned value
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a Senior PM on large capital construction projects ($100M+)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, finance, or business administration
- Ability to travel daily to client location in Malibu, CA
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and PMiS systems
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong presentation and executive summary skills
- Expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to handle sensitive information and manage volatile situations
