Senior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders
• Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying tasks, including cost estimates, procurement, contract administration, variations, and final accounts
• Execute cost estimates and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans
• Lead the procurement and tendering process, managing pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, and contract documentation
• Deliver high-quality cost estimates, validations, and cost analyses for complex projects

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in engineering, business administration, project management, econometrics, or similar
• Deep expertise in SSK methodology for cost estimation and guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch cost standards, norms, and market prices
• Benchmarking skills for cost comparisons, market analysis, and cost data evaluation
