About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide estimate and cost planning including producing and presenting final cost plans
  • Perform all aspects of procurement, including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and compiling contractual documents
  • Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
  • Conduct cost checks and valuations on large-scale projects
  • Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients
  • Provide input into value engineering and negotiate final accounts
  • Lead the cost management team and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing cost estimates
  • Experience in Data Centers, Pharma, or Oil and Gas preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Technical expertise in pre-contract, post-contract, and final account cost management
  • Strong understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and civil/structural/architectural systems
  • Proven experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale complex construction projects
  • Ability to advise clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
