Senior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performance culture and mentor team members
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Review project scopes, budget assumptions, and cost deliverables
• Develop cost reporting frameworks and robust control mechanisms
• Oversee the entire cost management lifecycle for large industrial projects
• Lead estimating, cost-planning, and value engineering exercises
• Manage commercial negotiations and contract administration
• Coordinate with finance teams to align billing with project milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or Construction
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management for industrial or manufacturing projects
• Proven leadership and team guidance experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation platforms
• Strong business acumen regarding technical and financial considerations
