About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
  • Guide contractors and clients through iconic projects in the Commercial Office Fit-out, Industrial, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors
  • Analyze multiple sources of information to exercise professional judgment

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cost management or quantity surveying
  • Professional qualification (SCSI, RICS, or similar)
  • Significant experience in the Irish market
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience specifically in Commercial Fit-out projects
