About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
- Guide contractors and clients through iconic projects in the Commercial Office Fit-out, Industrial, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors
- Analyze multiple sources of information to exercise professional judgment
Requirements
- Proven track record in cost management or quantity surveying
- Professional qualification (SCSI, RICS, or similar)
- Significant experience in the Irish market
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience specifically in Commercial Fit-out projects
