About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive cost estimates according to all design phases, aligned with AACE RPs
  • Monitor and control contracts including measurement, claims, and penalties
  • Lead value engineering sessions and prepare change orders
  • Develop progress measurement criteria with vendors and collect cost market data
  • Lead procurement processes and produce cash flow forecasts
  • Support project budget reviews and stakeholder management
  • Issue weekly progress reports on project costs and forecasting

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Solid experience in similar pre and post contract roles
  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Estimate, Change Orders, and Cost Management
  • Understanding of construction processes and overall construction costs
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Real Estate sector
  • Knowledge and skills with Power BI
  • Spanish language skills
