Responsibilities
- Manage projects from feasibility through procurement and post-contract delivery
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and financial reporting
- Lead tendering, procurement activity, and contract administration
- Perform cost risk analysis and negotiate final accounts
Requirements
- Proven track record in cost management or quantity surveying
- Professional qualification such as RICS
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and NRM
