Senior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise international clients on new construction or renovation projects in industrial construction
• Manage cost planning, estimation, control, and steering, including claim management
• Handle cost deviations within the change process and ensure professional analysis and reporting
• Act as the primary contact for cost management queries for project management and clients
• Foster collaboration with client departments and planning teams across all project phases
• Perform technical and disciplinary leadership tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Approximately 10 years of experience in project management or control of building construction projects
• At least 4 years of specialized experience in cost management or cost controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Experience working in multicultural teams
