About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of cost management services for construction projects
- Manage cost management project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee invoicing processes and project compliance through D-365
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, and contractors
- Develop robust cost reporting structures and control mechanisms
- Manage estimating and cost planning activities
- Lead monthly post-contract cost reports and value engineering exercises
- Conduct commercial negotiations and contract administration
- Support internal risk management procedures and client care processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in client management and advisory roles
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Native-level proficiency in local language
