Senior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of cost management services for construction projects
• Manage cost management project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee invoicing processes and project compliance through D-365
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, and contractors
• Develop robust cost reporting structures and control mechanisms
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities
• Lead monthly post-contract cost reports and value engineering exercises
• Conduct commercial negotiations and contract administration
• Support internal risk management procedures and client care processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in client management and advisory roles
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Native-level proficiency in local language
