Senior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial control
• Deliver data-driven cost strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Lead preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, and benchmarking analysis
• Develop and execute robust procurement strategies and lead tendering processes
• Manage complex contracts, variations, change control, and contractor claims
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Cost Managers and Assistant Cost Managers
• Identify and proactively manage commercial and project risks

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 10-15 years of experience in cost management or commercial roles
• Proven track record in office fit-out, industrial/textile manufacturing, or residential developments
• Experience in a cost consultancy or client advisory environment is highly desirable
• Strong exposure to multi-package procurement and fast-track project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent
