Senior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a client representative to guide general contractors and maximize profit through architectural PM duties
• Manage projects involving factories and research laboratories
• Formulate project plans and manage performance using KPIs
• Provide guidance and management to general contractors and design offices
• Manage resource procurement and continuous monitoring of Quality, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Experience in architectural project management
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to lead projects from a client representative perspective with an optimized view

Preferred Qualifications

• First-class Registered Architect (一級建築士)
• First-class Building Construction Management Engineer (1級建築施工管理技士)
