About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of cost management services for construction projects
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee estimating, cost planning, and monthly post-contract cost reports
- Implement cost control mechanisms for schedule, risk, and change management
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration
- Manage invoicing processes and project compliance using D-365
- Drive value engineering and life cycle costing exercises
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
- Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and business-level proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Strong leadership and client management skills
