About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration
- Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Manage tendering and procurement activity, including tender analysis and compiling contractual documents
- Take responsibility for timely and accurate cost checks and valuations
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages
- Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering
- Negotiate and approve final accounts
Requirements
- Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Technical knowledge of Data Centers, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, Real Estate, or Commercial assets
- Good knowledge of construction and procurement methods
- Experience with estimating tools, applications, spreadsheets, and databases
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Polish and English
