About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration
  • Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
  • Manage tendering and procurement activities, including tender analysis and contractual documents
  • Ensure timely and accurate cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports
  • Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages
  • Perform cost risk analysis, value engineering, and negotiate final accounts
  • Contribute to best practices in cost estimating

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of Data centres or related facility asset types
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency with estimating tools, applications, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Proven cost or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English strongly preferred
  • Availability for full-time onsite work in Berlin
