Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases
• Produce monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding data for stakeholders
• Lead procurement strategy development, pricing reviews, and commercial negotiations
• Manage change control, including reviewing, estimating, and negotiating change orders
• Coordinate cost, schedule, and scope alignment with project controls and delivery teams
• Support cost risk analysis, scenario planning, and contingency management
• Act as the primary client interface to ensure service excellence and objective alignment
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in cost management or project controls on large-scale construction projects
• Experience in mission-critical, industrial, or data center environments
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and campus-scale infrastructure
• Proficiency with industry-standard cost management tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction consultancy
• RICS accreditation or progress toward certification
