Senior Cost Manager (MEP) - Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including ownership of final cost plan revisions
• Lead the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
• Implement and maintain cost control mechanisms for project schedule, cost, risk, and change management
• Manage invoicing processes using D-365, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing requirements
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration
• Conduct value engineering and life cycle costing exercises

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in client management and advisory roles
• Business-level proficiency in English
