Senior Cost Manager (Civil)

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-contract and post-contract QS functions including measurement and estimating for civil and structural works
• Manage tendering processes and tender evaluations
• Oversee contract management, change/variation control, and interim progress payments
• Act as the Airfield and Civil Work package lead within the QS team
• Interface with clients regarding design and construction issues
• Track, control, and report on project budgets
• Liaise with contractor package QS on variation assessments and progress payments
• Negotiate claims and final accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in client management and advisory roles
• Native or business-level proficiency in English
